Withdrawal and exclusion procedure

A member can withdraw from the association at any time by submitting a written notification.

A member could be excluded from the NMTA with a board decision, if:

  • the member has not paid the membership fees for more than six months;
  • the member does not accord its actions to the decisions made by the board or the Members Assembly;
  • the member does not fulfill its obligations and responsibilities;
  • the member commit an action that goes against the ones that are declared in the articles of NMTA, or commits actions, which cannot be associated with the goals of NMTA or breaks the ethical norms of society..
